The ultimate plan where performance matters. There is a greater degree of interaction with the coach. This is for the busy athlete with a hectic work and life schedules that needs regular changes to their weekly program.

Assistant coaches program are identical to the custom program. All athletes will have Brad overseeing the overall program on a weekly basis with feedback/ review weekly.


There is a minimum of 16 weeks on all programs. Why 16 weeks? We believe it takes at least this time to mould you into a racing machine to see all the great work you have been put through. Our aim is to help the athlete long term and BKR is all about loyalty and developing the athlete from year to year. You will see some change after a month or two but the real changes are the months and years following.
